WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The Drupal GT Theme, repository files, and modules will be updated to prepare for the Drupal 10 upgrade as Drupal 9 has reached its end-of-life date (https://www.drupal.org/psa-2023-11-01).

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of the affected websites, both visitors and editors, may experience intermittent unavailability during the maintenance period.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users of the affected websites should save their work and log off before the maintenance period.
