WHAT’S HAPPENING?
The College's FileMaker Pro database (CCDB) is currently down.
Affected servers: ccdb.cc.gatech.edu
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO became aware of the outage this morning (5/10) around 9:45am. According to internal monitoring, the server went down at 7:07am on May 8th.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
The server hosting the College's FileMaker Pro database is encountering hardware issues. TSO is investigating the root issue and working to restore the service.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users will be unable to access the College's FileMaker Pro database, either directly through the FileMaker Pro thick client or through ccdb.cc.gatech.edu.
