UPDATE: Service was restored at 10:05AM. If you continue to experience issues logging in, please contact the TSO Help Desk (CCB 148, 404.894.7065, helpdesk@cc.gatech.edu).   From OIT-Availability:  Beginning at approximately 2:00am on Friday, 11/15, GTED services were mostly unreachable, affecting a variety of applications, including logins to the campus VPN. OIT support identified a configuration issue that caused the problem and resolved it at 10:05am.

Users began experiencing issues logging into authenticated services, including VPN

OITs GTED servers are experiencing issues processing log in requests.


WHAT IS AFFECTED?
Any GT authenticated services may be experiencing issues with logins.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required, OIT is aware of the issue and is working to resolve it.
