WHAT'S HAPPENING?
Printing image files directly from Windows desktops, laptops, and servers to the mopiers is failing.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The issue was first reported on 3/18/24 and is ongoing. Engineers from MSA are troubleshooting the issue.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
A configuration issue with the mopier software is preventing Windows systems from properly printing images.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users printing image files directly to the mopiers using native desktop applications (Paint, Image Viewer, etc).
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Printing images from web browsers, or contained in PDFs, are not affected. If you need assistance in converting a document or image for printing, please contact the Help Desk.
