WHAT'S HAPPENING?
The College’s mopiers are not recognizing some Buzzcards when users attempt to retrieve their print job.

Affected Server: hollister.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO became aware of the issue beginning August 26, 2021 and it is ongoing.

WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
There is a sync issue with between campus directory services and the printer server. TSO is investigating the root issues and working to restore the service.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
The issue appears to be random.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
If the mopier does not recognize your Buzzcard, you can log in on the touch screen panel using with your GT username and password.
