Office 365 email delivery was delayed.
WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
Beginning at approximately 10:30 AM on Friday, September 22, 2017, until 3:30 PM on Monday, September 25, 2017.
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT received reports of delays in receiving mail from lists.gatech.edu and/or Office 365 mail. They worked with Cisco to trace the issue to one of the IronPorts (MXIP3).
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
