***UPDATE***

The secure print service on the Mopier has been successfully restored for macOS users. This issue was identified to be caused by an expired SSL certificate. Please disregard the workaround mentioned in the previous update. TSO will now disable the workaround to direct print.

TSO is currently working on fixing the mopier print issue. We have found a workaround to print directly to some printers in each CoC Building without using Uniflow. Please follow the instructions in this link to add the nearest printer to your location and install it using Self Service.

Note: This issue is affecting only MacOS users and is not affecting Windows users.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
The issue was first reported on Monday, 7/29/2024, at 10:30 am and is ongoing.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO is working with the vendor to investigate and fix the problem.

WHO IS AFFECTED?
Users of Mac computers will be unable to print to CoC mopiers until this issue is resolved.  TSO is investigating potential workarounds.
