The College of Computing network in the Klaus building was unavailable due to an unexpected reboot of the router chassis in the building.

WHEN DID IT HAPPEN?
From approximately 10:20 PM until 10:30 PM on Tuesday, July 17, 2018.

WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
The cause is unknown at this time.  This notice will be updated once a cause has been identified.

WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Users connected to wired or wireless networks in KACB
Users trying to interact with the RT Ticketing System
Users backing up or restoring data with the CoC KACB CrashPlan server
All resources mounted from ccsamba.cc.gatech.edu
Users sending mail to Mailman lists or attempting to access the mailman.cc.gatech.edu web interface
All static www.cc.gatech.edu content
All personal CoC webpages (~ pages)
Systems with /net/www mounts
CoC faculty and grad students home directories
