The site support.cc.gatech.edu will be relaunched on a new server using the latest major version of the Drupal CMS and the latest GT Theme.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

Thursday, April 18th, 2024 between 7-7:30am.

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

The CMS version the current support site is built on is coming to end-of-life and must be upgraded.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Editors, users, and consumers of the TSO Support site.

Affected services:

Support.cc.gatech.edu site capabilities; including TSO News and Alert workflows, CoC Password update forms, and other forms provided by the site.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

CMS Editors should double-publish content on both the current and new sites until the site is launched. The support site will be in maintenance mode during the launch window. Once it is out of the launch window normal use can occur. Expect a new look and feel of the new support site utilizing an updated version of the GT Theme.
