Tuesday, June 26, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 2nd floor North data closet

Wednesday, June 27, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 3rd floor South data closet

Thursday, June 28, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 2nd floor South data closet

Friday, June 29, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 2nd floor South data closet

Saturday, June 30, 2012, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM: 3rd floor North data closet


WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO and OIT will replace networking switches in the TSRB data closets with upgraded hardware.


WHO IS AFFECTED?
This will affect users of computers on the floors and sides of the building in TSRB as listed above.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users should save their work prior to the maintenance period and should be prepared for service interruption during the maintenance period.

The upgrades are taking place faster than expected. As a result, the schedule has been modified as follows:

Tuesday, June 26, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 2nd floor South data closet

Wednesday, June 27, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 3rd floor South and Service level data closets

Thursday, June 28, 2012, between 5:00 AM and 10:00 AM: 3rd floor North data closet
