UPDATE 2: After working with the leasing company, Mac printing no longer requires a password and captcha, and Windows printing was verified as working. If you continue to experience any issues with printing, please contact the HelpDesk.
UPDATE: The software upgrade is complete, but some of the College's custom configuration was lost in the process. Scanning and faxing are functional. Mac printing currently requires user’s GT Password and a Captcha. Some Windows users may experience issues printing. TSO is working with the leasing company to correct these problems and configuration changes. Further updates will be sent when TSO has a resolution.
WHAT’S HAPPENING?
TSO is perfoming upgrades to the UniFlow Print server, which controls printing to the College of Computing mopiers.

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
October 18th, 2022 from 7:30am to 8:30am.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
To better support the current CoC mopiers and allow for the use of newer models.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
All CoC mopier users.
Affected services:
The UniFlow Print server and CoC mopiers.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Nothing. The service will be down during the upgrade process and should resume as normal afterwards. The process is estimated to take ~30 minutes.
