UPDATE: With assistance from the mopier vendor, TSO has corrected the configuration issue as of 11:30am, 11/16/2020.

WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Linux users are currently unable to print to the College of Computing mopier system

Affected servers: hollister.cc.gatech.edu

WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

TSO was made aware of the issue at ~11:30am, 11/13/20, but the issue started following the Uniflow Outage on 10/6/20

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

Following the Uniflow outage on 10/6/20, printing from Linux was not properly configured on the replacement server.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users attempting to print to the College Uniflow mopier system from Linux are unable to do so at this time.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

No user action is required at this time. TSO is working with the mopier vendor to get the configuration corrected and this notice will be updated with additional information when it is available.
