WHAT’S HAPPENING?
After recovering the Uniflow service (notice: Uniflow Outage), some Windows users are experiencing issues printing to the print server, Holllister, for the mopiers.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Uniflow software issues were first reported ~4:30 PM, October 14, 2020.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
TSO is investigating the root cause of the issue, but it seems to be related to an upgrade to the Uniflow software when the service was being restored.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
Windows users attempting to print to hollister.cc.gatech.edu
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
All faculty, staff and graduate students using Windows OS will need to re-install the Uniflow software. Instructions can be found here, https://support.cc.gatech.edu/support-tools/howto/print-new-coc-mopiers-windows. If you require assistance, please contact the Help Desk.
