WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?

The VMs went down at 8:35pm, 12/15/20, according to logging. The service was restored at 9:43pm, 12/15/20

WHY IS IT HAPPENING?

The VMs entered a paused state due to issues accessing the network attached storage.

WHO IS AFFECTED?

Users of the servers listed above and the following websites and services were unable to access them during this outage.
