Techworks is experiencing issues for some users to include pagelets that do not render, inability to access some pages, and links that do not work.

Since the Techworks upgrade on April 28, 2012 (news/banner-oscar-peoplesoft-techworks-maintenance).
WHY DID IT HAPPEN?
OIT is investigating the cause.
WHO WAS AFFECTED?
Some users of Techworks.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
Users who are unable to access PeopleSoft through Techworks should visit https://fs.psoft.gatech.edu:5643/fprod/fsloginfprod.html. BuzzMart is not accessible via this link. OIT is working to develop a list of alternative paths to functionality served through Techworks.
HAS THE PROBLEM BEEN RESOLVED?
No. OIT reports that it is not necessary to report these issues. They are aware and are working with the vendor on a solution.

Our team made some additional adjustments to TechWorks last night and all preliminary tests indicate that TechWorks is working properly.
If you still experience issues with TechWorks, your first step is to clear your browser cache files (IE and/or Mozilla) and reboot your computer. Please do this before reporting an issue to the OIT Help Desk. If you are still unable to use TechWorks, you can use the alternate path by going to BuzzPort (buzzport.gatech.edu), clicking on the Employee tab, and using the TechWorks Links provided on that page.
