WHAT'S HAPPENING?
TSO Help Desk offices in KACB and TSRB will not be staffed during the summer semester.

 
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
Beginning on Tuesday, May 29, 2018.
 
 
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
With fewer students present, the summer semester is traditionally a slower period when TSO can accomplish large projects.  We're in the final phases of the College's GTAD migration.  In order to migrate all remaining CCAD-bound workstations to GTAD before the fall semester, all Help Desk employees will work from the CCB Help Desk this summer to focus on the migration.  Requests for service in KACB and TSRB will be processed from the CCB Help Desk.
