OIT has announced that authentication problems for MyGaTech email and calendaring occurred from approximately 3:40 PM to 4:15 PM on Thursday, August 20, 2009. This would have affected users attempting to login during that time. For further details, please see the announcement below.

Many users of My GaTech mail and calendar probably sawtrouble logging in.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Authentication problems on our systems prevented usersfrom gaining
access to mail and calendar.
HOW LONG WERE THE SERVICES DOWN/SLOW?
The problem started at about 3:40pm on Thursday 08/20/09and was cleared
up by 4:15pm.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO NOW THAT SERVICES ARE AVAILABLEAGAIN?
Business as usual. However, some users may need to restart their web
browsers or clear the cache if they are stillexperiencing trouble
connecting to a particular service online.
