Exchange email/calendaring services will be intermittently unavailable.
WHEN IS IT HAPPENING?
On Friday, September 7, 2012, between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
WHY IS IT HAPPENING?
A network upgrade in the Exchange server's datacenter.
WHO IS AFFECTED?
CoC faculty and staff who use Exchange email or calendaring services and those with a CoC-issued BlackBerry.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?
No user action is required.

UPDATE:
There was an issue with the network upgrade that prevented users from logging into Exchange. This did not affect mail flow, only access, so no messages should have bounced. The issue was resolved at approximately 10:30 PM, September 7, 2012.
