TSO Releases New Support Web Site
As you may have noticed, we have released a new and updated version of the TSO Support web site. The effort involved migrating to a Drupal/MySQL based technology, which is being used increasingly more on campus.

TSO System Notices are posted to the cc-tso-availability@lists.gatech.edu mailing list, which you can join on the OIT SYMPA server.
Andrew Leonard joined TSO as an IT Support Professional II on June 4, 2012. Andrew will be a part of the Help Desk staff. He will be working from CCB 148B. Please join us in welcoming him.
TSO manages CoC's core network equipment as well as a large number of servers and desktops. To stay current on critical security and stability patches, regular scheduled system/network maintenance windows are being established. During these maintenance windows, server computers, desktop computers and network switches may be rebooted and will be generally unavailable for brief periods of time. The purpose of this document is to communicate the policy and procedure that TSO follows to regularly update these systems and networks.
